Joshua Francois: FIU'S Jew-Hating Mascot

Joshua Francois is a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA375466) with a delinquent license in the state of Florida.

He spends his free time spewing vile antisemitism & anti-Jewish conspiracy theories on his public social media accounts.

It is unconscionable to let Joshua Francios provide care for any patient, but it is especially dangerous for a Jewish patient to come in contact with this man. Patients trust healthcare providers to look after them during the most vulnerable of times & it is clear this man this is incapable of that.

Email The Florida Dept. of Health and advise that this man is not qualified to provide patient care. His license should receive a permanent suspension. Furthermore, Joshua Francois should be banned from any future career in the health care profession.

Stop AntiSemitism 

The Nursing Aid Joshua Francois is a certified nursing assistant licensed in Florida who constantly spreads horrific Jew-hatred and antisemitic conspiracy theories on social media.

Similar to the two attackers in the deadly shooting at a kosher supermarket in Jersey City in 2019, Francois self-identifies as a Black Hebrew Israelite; a radical Christian African American group whose members believe to be the true descendants of the ancient biblical Hebrews and claim real Jews are fake.
Inspired by the hateful rhetoric of notorious antisemite Louis Farrakhan, Francois often spreads his vile theories about fake and evil Jews on social media, including:

"The whole world has enabled the fake Jews to have a victim mentality, even after receiving billions in reparations"

"First, those Jewish aren’t even the real Jews. I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan"

"Did not Christ call the fake Jews the synagogue of Satan in Revelation 2:9 and 3:9? Y’all disregard a lot of scripture"Francois also shares vile antisemitic conspiracy theories very similar to those spread by white supremacists like David Duke, Rick Wiles, and Richard Spencer. He often obsessively tweets about the Jewish people controlling Hollywood and the media: 

"Fake Jews run Hollywood and the media"

"They run the news/media outlets, Hollywood ... They have a propaganda against us because we’re really God’s chosen.”

"Because it’s propaganda, they all want us to feel sorry for the fake Jewish people."Joshua Francois is a licensed health aide in the State of Florida. He's entrusted to take care of society's most vulnerable - the elderly. 

As of May 2020, his license has lapsed and is delinquent due to his failure to renew. However, once the small renewal fee is paid Francois will be able to practice nursing again freely.

After voicing concerns directly to the FIU Student Conduct Committee & FIU's Executive director of the President, the response was shameful.

This is an absolute disgrace to the Jewish community in South Florida. Instead of standing up against hate, racism, bigotry & antisemitism, FIU decided to protect Joshua Francois under "Freedom of Speech".

Apparently, FIU does not care or is completely ignorant to the Executive Order President Trump signed on December 11, 2019, to protect US Jews from Anti-semitism on campus. 

This Executive Order provides guidance on anti-Semitism, giving law enforcement and campus officials an important additional tool to help identify and fight this pernicious hate. It also reaffirms the protection of Jews under Title VI without infringing on First Amendment rights. The Executive Order uses the current & widely accepted IHRA definition to help determine whether an anti-Semitic or anti-Israel incident crosses the line from protected free expression into harassing, unlawful or discriminatory conduct against Jews. 

The IHRA defines anti-Semitism as “… a certain perception of Jews, which may be expressed as hatred toward Jews. Rhetorical and physical manifestations of antisemitism are directed toward Jewish people or non-Jewish individuals and/or their property, toward Jewish community institutions and religious facilities.” Neither the IHRA definition nor the new Executive Order identifies Jews as a nationality, and the IHRA definition is not legally binding.

To say Joshua Francois is protected under First Amendment rights is a violation of such an order.
