Marxism Meets Communism in Miami-Dade County Public Schools

Dr. Michelle Mar is a government teacher at the School for Advanced Studies, High School - North Campus.

In 2018 Dr. Mar was nominated as Florida’s History Teacher of the Year.

This statewide winner is currently promoting the book “When China Rules The World", written by a Communist & Marxism author, Martin Jacques. 

Dr. Mar sees no problem promoting communist and Marxist propaganda as an MDCPS teacher even though this strictly goes against the Code of Ethics.
