Dade Correctional Institution: SOS Suicide Watch

Inmate Castro, Genaro DC # M86868 was serving time at Dade Correctional Institution for murder.
On May 10, 2019, Inmate Castro returned to Dade Correctional Institution from Larkin Hospital

The standard protocol for any Inmate returning from an outside hospital is to have a complete evaluation by the Infirmary Nurse. If the Inmate is received after hours, the on-call provider needs to be notified.

At 0230 Inmate Castro was received without a Nursing report to Inpatient Mental Health Unit for Self Harm Observation Overflow. During Nursing rounds, it was discovered Inmate Castro had multiple ACE wrap bandages on his wrist, ankles & knee. Nurse Wilnie Chery,RN Medical Infirmary Nurse not only falsified the Nursing documentation but was negligent by letting this Inmate have a tool to attempt to commit suicide while on Suicide Watch.

Miami-Dade County Public Schools: Brenda Wilder, RN

Brenda Wilder, RN, director of Comprehensive Health Services For Miami-Dade County Public Schools

Head director & overseer of all Miami-Dade County Public School Medical professional employees.

Mrs. Wilder also works with The Health Information Projectsits on The Children's Trust is responsible for The Manuel For School Health Facilitators.
This photo was taken on December 02, 2021, at Ronald Reagan High School during a COIVD-19 training for school staff health care providers.

As you can see, Mrs. Wilder felt entitled to be the only individual out of a group of 50 without a mask on during this COVID-19 training.

Just a month after Mrs. Wilder paraded around a COVID-19 training inside a High School, without a mask & bullied a minority Nurse, Mrs. Brenda Wilder, RN & Director of Comprehensive Student Health Services again went maskless again to give a telling interview on NBC6...

Miami-Dade County Public Schools were so concerned about low COVID-19 positivity rates, they concocted a plan to inflate numbers by testing children with BIAX-NOW Rapid Tests while at school.

If Miami-Dade County Public Schools were genuinely concerned about our children’s health, they would have implemented COVID-19 testing at the start of the school year, not halfway into it.

So what’s the big deal might you ask?

After completion of this invasive test, even if the results are NEGATIVE, parents/guardians still need to pick up their children & follow Miami-Dade County Public School COVID-19 protocol as you heard Mrs. Brenda Wilder explain in her interview with NBC6.

The implementation of COIVD-19 testing was going to be used as a leveraging tool to have children return to virtual learning. It was never about children's "health".

In fact, Mrs. Wilder in reality has ZERO care when it comes to any basic safety standards in Miami-Dade County Public Schools. (See Emails Below)

After a month of phone calls & emails, I finally had the pleasure of having Mrs. Wildrer berate me like a child that broke their mother's favorite vase.

Just fathom the type of person who becomes so angry at a School Nurse for inquiring about an AED machine & basic medical supplies. Brenda Lee Wilder, a Registered Nurse is such a person.

Instead of attacking School Nurses for caring about the safety of children, Mrs. Wilder should seek to get her finances in order. 4 bankruptcies in 2 states with countless evections.

Even with a current salary of $85,530, currently funded by Miami-Dade County taxpayers, Mrs. Wilder still can not pay her own bills.
